Here we will answer all the questions that you might have about the Vienna Forum for Educational Exchange and the International Leadership Programs.

Who can register?

The program is originally adressed at High School classes including teachers and chaperones, if you want to participate as an individual please contact us directly to organize accordingly.

How can I register?

Usually by contacting your local tour operator, but you can contact us as well directly and we will connect you with the according tour operator.

In what language will the program be held?

All our workshops and lectures will take place in English.

Who will be giving the workshops?

The Vienna Forum is responsible for the general lay-out of the International Leadership Programs, nevertheless the individual workshops and lectures will be held by our partners, which we have chosen very carefully. Please have a look at the program there is detailed information on each individual workshops and usually a link to our partner holding the workshop.

How can I choose a workshop?

You can´t. You can only choose a "career track" and visit the corresponding workshops. But a workshop-hopping between the career-tracks is not possible. We are convinced that you get more out of our program if you stick with the career track you have chosen, even if one of the other workshops seems appealing to you.

Why is the program held in Vienna?

Ok, we admit there are other nice cities around the world, but Vienna has the big advantage that it brings together a lot of opportunities for the program: Vienna is one of the headquarters of the United Nations and has a rich historical background, it can well be considered one of the cultural hotspots around the world and there are prestigious universities that we have won as our partners.

So, even if there are a few good reasons to choose Vienna we have been carefully paying attention that the program has a global reach and all the skills that we are offering in our workshops will help you wherever you choose to study afterwards!

What if one week is too short for me?

Well, the International Leadership Programs last only one week, but we can certainly offer you a tailor-made pre- and / or post-program. Please contact us and let us know your ideas and we can help you to extend your stay for however long you like it to be.

Is the program only for entire classes?

It does not need to be the the entire class, if you want to come and participate with a small group you are welcome to do so. Occasionally we might even be able to facilitate the participation to individuals, just contact us and we will find a solution together.
